Time for consideration
Definition
Time for consideration is 10 days a minimal time available to a customer to accept or refuse an offer of credit after reception of this one.
Description
This time is obligatory and cannot be reduced. It is defined in the Law Scrivener of the Code of the consumption of July 13, 1979.
