Tax device
A tax device is a law voted by decree. Under certain conditions, it makes it possible to the private individuals to reduce their taxes, thanks to the acquisition of a real estate of rental use.
Within the framework of a traditional rental Investment, the perceived rents come to be added to the other incomes and are imposed on height of the Marginal Section of Imposition (TMI). A great part of the rents can be thus absorbed by the taxes. To invest within the framework of a tax device adapted to a precise situation makes it possible not to increase the taxes, but, on the contrary, to appreciably decrease them over several years.
