Solar collector
Definition
A solar collector is component elementary of a solar installation, its function is to as effectively transform as possible the solar radiation into heat.
Description
The latter is then transmitted to a coolant, then transported and stored thanks to an exchanger of heat. A plane sensor is composed of a case with heat insulation which contains an absorber. The case is generally covered with a solar pane of glass.
