School Coaching
Individual accompaniment of the young people in situations like the choices of orientation, the management of the motivation, the stress or the self-confidence.
The step is of order maieutic in the direction where the object is not adviser the young person but to put it in the best provisions to make its choices by itself and to be a real actor of its school and professional life. The Institute European of Coaching of Student (IECE) defines the school coaching as an accompaniment whose objective is to help the young person to direct his energy in the good direction, that which it will have determined, having acquired a better knowledge of its competences, its environment and itself.
