Profit clause
In the contracts of insurance life, greatest freedom is left as for the choices of the recipients, and that independently of the successional rules envisaged by the civil code.
The profit clausse can be mentioned on the bulletin of adhesion itself or to be registered on a free sheet, even in its will. In this case, it is to better specify on the bulletin of adhesion "Clausse separate attached" or "the clausse bénéficaire is deposited in my notary, Master X."
