Personal data
Definition
Data which make it possible to identify directly or indirectly an individual.
Description
The data personal (or personal) are for example: name, first name, address e-mail, telephone number, date of birth... These data cannot be collected, treated and be preserved that if a statement with the CNIL were made as a preliminary (and that the number of allotted recording is indicated on the site in more of the address of contact of the adequate service on the site). The significant data are personal data which make it possible to determine the racial origins, the political, philosophical or religious opinions, the trade-union memberships or manners of a person. The data of health are also comparable with significant data. It is absolutely prohibited to collect them, to treat them or to preserve them.
