Maldives
aldives, made up of 1200 coral islands gathered in atolls, are a republic located at the south-west of India
The Maldives islands have become for a few decades a major tourist destination of the Indian Ocean. These very poor islands, where only the coconut pushes and where the principal resource is sins it, became by the democratization of air transport of the "paradisiac islands" for Europeans in evil of tropical Eden. Tourism is based on the principle of the island-hotels (complex island comprising only one hotel) Maldives thanks to the richness of its sea-beds, became also one of the best destinations for the plungers of the whole world.
