Jonathan Ive
Jonathan Ive is the director of the design at APPLE, the author of great successes which made reassemble APPLE these last years: Powerbook G4, iMac, Mac Mini, iPod and iPhone all lately.
Born in London in 1967, Jonathan Ive (also called Jony Ive) is a famous designer. Diplomé of Arts, honorary doctor of the Polytechnic school of Newcastle, it was indicated designer of the year in 2003 by the Museum of the Design of London and accepted the title of Royal Designer for Industry on behalf of the Royal Company of Arts. Hitherto consulting at Tangerine, an office of London design that it Co-created in 1990, it returns to APPLE in 1992. It will start by working for the Newton, which unfortunately was a failure for Aple. Person in charge for the design at APPLE since 1996, he is currently Senior Vice President of the design and returns his accounts directly to the big boss Steve Jobs.
