IANA - Internet Assigned Numbers Authority. Organization charged to allot their functions to the first 1024 ports IP.
Description
A computer communicates by the means of ports IP. There are 65636. The 1024 first fill of the precise functions. For example, Port 110 is affected with the electronic messaging. The role of the IANA is to define the function of these ports.
