 Holistic dentistry

Definition

Of the Greek holos, who means "the totality", holistic dentistry is a medical practice which considers the teeth, not like separated bodies, but in permanent interaction on multiple levels with the remainder of the body.

Description

While traditional dentistry stops with the physical or mechanical aspect care, the holistic approach includes the energy and psycho-emotional levels. On the energy level, the most biocompatible materials are privileged, while those potentially toxic as leading with mercury are banished and avoided or limited metals. In addition to the impact of the dental attacks on the bodies, the holistic approach holds account of emotional blockings associated with a dental problem and gives to the psychosomatic approach its right place in the total therapeutic process. Holistic dentistry collaborates with medicines of ground like homeopathy, acupuncture, osteopathy, the naturopathy, the aromathérapie, quantum medicine. One thus should not confuse, as it is often the case, cryptology and Cryptographie : the first includes the other but it is not summarized there.
