Clustering
Limitation of the number of pages resulting from the same site in the pages from results from an search engine.
The clustering is a principle used by certain search engines consisting in
limiting the number of results resulting from the same site, to prevent that the
same site occupies the first pages of results.
Google limits to two results per site, the second being in withdrawal. One finds
then a bond allowing to find more pages of the site in question.
To be more precise, it should be said that Google limits to 2 results per
under-field and not per site, which proves very different according to the
cases. Indeed Google never posts more than 2 sites persos lodged at Wanadoo
since the URL of the sites are of the http://perso.wanadoo.fr/login/ type.
Conversely, there is no limit for the pages lodged at Free, which are of the
http://login.free.fr type
