Legal statute simplified for the creation of an one-man business.
Description
Legal statute characterized in particular by the simplification of the formalities of creation and individual discontinuance of business and the payment of the social contributions to the source (percentage of the invoicings) so that the employee who wants to work a few hours, a few days or a few weeks on his account pays social contributions and tax only if it records indeed receipts. This statute also provides the protection of the personal inheritance of the car-contractor (affected professional inheritance).
