Building Low Consumption
Certification which applies to a real estate posting a consumption of energy much lower than the average
Certification which applies to a real estate posting a consumption of energy much lower than the average of the French real park is 50 kWh annual per square meter for a new building and 80 kWh annual per square meter for a renovated building (the average being currently of approximately 200 kWh annual per square meter).
