Description
For the nine: This law allows any person who invests in the purchase of an apartment or a villa intended for the hiring, for one 9 years minimal length of time, to deduce from her assessed incomes 65% of her investment in two periods: * 8 % per annum during the first 5 years, * 2,5 % per annum during the 4 following years. The ceiling of the land deficit is limited to 10 700 per annum.
