DefinitionSystematic study of an Internet site in order to control some or to improve quality of it. DescriptionThe audit of an Internet site can be done according to various approaches, according to the field on which one wishes to inform oneself of quality.
The nature of the study can be strategic (referencing in the search engines, visibility, adequacy with the target, Positionnement compared to the competitor sites, etc), technique (accessibility, conformity of the code with the standard standards of the Web, compatibility with different the punt forms, the various navigators, etc.) or legal (conformity with the laws in force as regards patent rights, of respect of the personal freedoms, etc).
