Accor
Accor is the 1st European hotel group.
CA of the Accor group by activity is distributed as follows: - hotel trade (70,7%): 3 973 hotels (463 427 rooms) at the end of 2004 distributed in 92 countries between top-of-the-range hotels (183; Sofitel), medium of range (1 175; Mercury, Novotel, Suitehotel, Coralia Club, etc.) and economic (2 615; Etap Hotel, Ibis, Formula 1, Red Roof, Studio 6 and Motel 6). The hotel park of the Accor group by mode of exploitation is ventilated between hotels in hiring (39,3%), under frankness (23,9%), held into clean (23,3%) and under contract of management (13,5%); - issue of titles of services (7,1%; Accor Services): titles of restaurant (in particular with Restoring Ticket), of motivation, formation, etc, bound for the companies; - restoration (6,3%; Lenôtre): management of 9 shops in France (in particular Pre Catelan and the Elysium House) and of 40 with the international one; - management of business trips (6,2%): through Carlson Wagonlit Travel (held to 50%); - provisions of services on board trains (3,7%; Company of the Sleeping cars); - casinos (3,1%; n°1 European): 37 exploited casinos at the end of 2004; - others (2,9%). The geographical distribution of CA of the Accor group is as follows: France (34%), Europe (34,7%), North America (17,3%), America the Latin-Caribbean (6,2%) and others (7,8%).
