RAM
Read-write memory of a computer.
A computer, like all materials comprising a microprocessor, a microcontrolor, or even a DSP (DIGITAL Processing Signal) has two types of memories: the RAM (random access memory - read-write memory) and the Romanian one (read-only memory). The RAM is intended to accomodate the applications required by the users and initially stored on mass memories (hard disk), as well as the data of work. Its contents evolve/move permanently, and are lost after the extinction of the machine.
