Microprocessor
The micro processor is the heart of a microcomputer.
It acts of an integrated circuit, i.e. of a silicon plate supporting a great component count, of a particular type. Indeed, this circuit fills with him only the functions of a CPU (Central Uniting Process), or Central processing unit. It comprises, in miniaturized form, the control unit and the arithmetic logic unit. One of its characteristics principal is its frequency, expressed in MHz or Ghz. The first microprocessor was the 4004 of manufacturer INTEL.
