 Control of the change

Definition

Method consisting in organizing the change in order to make a success of it

Description

The reserve with the change is natural: when a situation is lived like satisfactory, more or less, the prospect for a change not required and relatively rapid generate an anguish even a blocking. The world evolves/moves since its birth and this evolution accelerates. This evolution is at all the levels and different intervals. The organizations (states, undertaken...) evolve/move and must make it possible to the Man to take part in this change and to adapt in order to find its place in the future situation. The control of the change consists to anticipate (to define the target, to diagnose, organize, plan) and to lead (to communicate, accompany, form, justify) the modification of the organization and the rules (laws, payments...) in order to make a success of it without pain. To make take part the Men - concerned with the change - or their representatives in the construction of the target makes it possible to facilitate the success of the desired evolution.
