CTI
Together techniques allowing the implementation of applications resting on a telephone interfunctioning of applicatifs data-processing and applicatifs.
This device connecting center of an internal or external call to the information processing system of a company, brings to the companies the advisability of using the resources of the Internet and information system, in order to improve the service rendered to the customers and the productivity of a center of calls. This is made possible by the automation of certain tasks and the possibility of founding a thorough personalization of the relation with the customer via the information placed at the disposal by this system. It makes possible simultaneous posting on the screen of the tele-operator of data (card of the customer and script of maintenance) as well as the presentation of the call on its telephone.
