Common Object Request Broker Structures.
Industrial standard multi-platform and multi-languages making it possible to simplify the objective development of distributed architectures complexes.L' of this standard is to develop a unified architecture based on technologies. This unified architecture makes it possible to offir a software environment able to support: - reutilisability and portability of the software components. - heterogeneity and the interoperability enter the various languages and the data-processing environments (machines, OS). The principal functionalities of standard CORBA are: - transparency with the localization (local or distant) - the connection with all the programming languages. - the automatic and transparent activation of the objects - heterogeneous environments (language, OS, machine) - generic protocol of interoperability between ORBs different.
